Due to the nature of fresh flowers and product availabilty, sometimes, product does not arrive at the highest quality Boulevard Florist demands.  In this case, we will substitute any product to achieve the closest "feel" of the arrangement you have selected.  Of course, if we substitute a product, it will be equivalent or higher in value than you have purchased.  We appreciate your understandance in these circumtances.
